6 Ministers and Vicars walked approx. 5 miles every day for 6 days, whilst carrying 2 Buckets of water to raise money for Christian Aid.

The Community Cafe Reopens
We had a wonderful turn out on Saturday 22nd Feb 2020, for the grand reopening of the Community Cafe.
Gabrielle Aplin
Singer-songwriter Gabrielle Aplin, famous for her 2012 cover of Frankie Goes to Hollywood’s “The Power of Love” which was adopted by John Lewis for its Christmas commercial played at St John’s on 20th January.
Polica
American synth-poppers' Polica, came to St John's to promote their fifth full length album, When We Stay Alive.
Louise
We kick off our 2020 concerts in January with Louise performing songs from her comeback album Heavy Love, released on the same day she performed at St John's.
St John’s Christmas Spectacular 2019
It was touch and go whether we would be able to even have a Christmas Spectacular this year with a new kitchen and toilets being built and due for completion the day before.
Open House breakfast at the Vicarage
To celebrate starting as Vicar at St John the Evangelist, and to get to know people in the parish, Mark Stafford and his wife Lucy kindly had an open house breakfast on Saturday 2nd November.
